Referral
Whether your referral is planning a home renovation, a commercial construction project, or any other construction-related endeavor, we are here to help. We ensure that your referral has a positive and successful construction experience.
We offer a 1.5% referral fee based on the total signed contract, and provide you a signed refferal agreement, with a 50% upfront payment, and 50% when the jobs complete, it's that easy!
How does it work?
How It Works:
1. Submit Your Project Details: Tell us about your project requirements, including the type of construction work, location, budget, and timeline. The more details you provide, the better!
2. Connect and Evaluate: We reach out to your referral, schedule a consultation, and discuss their project in detail. Once we get a feel for the project, we will prepare a written, itemized proposal, including a draw schedule, and send it over to your client for review.
3. Once we execute the contract, and receive our first draw, we then forward you, your first half 50%, of the referral fee. We utilize our project management tools to stay organized, track progress, and communicate effectively with your referral every step of the way. Once we complete the project, and receive our last payment, we send you the remaining 50% fee.
