Joe Scionti, Owner
I grew up around the construction industry and that was the driving force behind starting my own business. Over the last 15 years, I have used my knowledge and expertise to create beautiful spaces for my customers. I believe in the power of a great team and I have put together a group of professionals who share my work ethics and vision of excellence.

MEET OUR TEAM
Jayson Bono, Project Coordinator/Draftsman
I’ve been helping people create great interiors for more than 25 years. I started out as an apprentice cabinet maker and worked in that industry for 15 years. Then, I spent six years in renovation where I managed work crews and expanded my knowledge base for electrical, drywall, plumbing, structural and project management. For the past five years, I’ve been doing architectural drafting, design and working directly with clients, building departments and inspectors, as well as material sourcing. I crave learning and the acquisition of new skills and knowledge.
I’ve done a many different things in my career, but each new position has led me to the same love! — Taking something that was lesser and making it more. That’s what I did as a cabinet maker, as part of the renovation crew and now with Integrity 1st Construction. I love the satisfaction I get from seeing a customer achieve what they want out of a project. There is something amazing about taking what was just a space and helping the client to make it their own and turning a residence into their home.
Roger Jordao, Project Manager
With nearly 15 years of hands-on experience in the trades, I successfully transitioned into the world of project management three years ago. My journey began by spearheading cabinetry and closet designs and managing smooth installations, before venturing into the realm of interior renovation and remodeling. Currently, I am expanding my expertise into the realm of pools and outdoor living. My dedication to delivering exceptional results fuels my satisfaction in achieving impeccable project outcomes with breathtaking designs.
I consider myself a life-long learner, constantly seeking to acquire new skill sets, explore diverse facets of design, and master the art of high-quality trades work. Embracing a limitless mindset, I firmly believe that the capacity for personal growth and learning knows no limits. Collaborating with interesting individuals and engaging in new projects ignites an unparalleled sense of fulfillment within me.
