ARE YOU LICENSED & INSURED?
Yes! We are fully licensed and insured in the State of Florida. We are also registered contractors in all municipalities in the State as well.
HOW LONG DOES WILL MY PROJECT TAKE?
This is the age old question that’s asked of all contractors. Unfortunately its very difficult to give a proper answer. There are many factors including time of application in permitting, material availability, and time of year, can all attribute to the final length of project. Of course, it’s in all of our interests to work together as a team to keep your project moving quickly, on schedule, and on budget.
HOW LONG IS THE PERMIT PROCESS AND WHAT TO EXPECT?
The permit process can take anywhere between a few days and a few weeks depending on the scope of the project and the municipality we are working with. Each municipality will require a fully executed contract between property owner and Integrity 1st, fully executed permit application, and an executed notice of commencement.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
Each of our contracts has a payment/draw schedule built in with percentage payments, due as the different functions are preformed. For your convenience we accept cash, check, major credit cards (3% processing fee applies), Venmo, and PayPal.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WORK DURING THE DAY OR LIVE OUT OF STATE?
We are here to help you in anyway we can. Many of our renovations occur where our clients work outside the home and/or live out of state. We like our customers to be fully involved in their renovations. We are able to connect with you by email, phone, text, or Facetime. Our dedicated team will work with you to make your dreams into reality.
